Vegan Purple Velvet Cake With Candied Cranberries and Vanilla Buttercream

For the buttermilk:
1⅓ cup vegan milk

1 cup vegan butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vegan milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon lemon juice

Candied cranberries

What you do:
